REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Eligibility
   ● We accept return requests in the following cases: Return request within 14 days of receipt
   ● Items are in original condition, unused, undamaged and with original packaging
   ● Provide original proof of purchase
2. Ineligible Return Conditions
   ● The following items are not accepted for return: Customized or personalized products
   ● Damage caused by improper use by the customer
   ● Items that have exceeded the return period
   ● Items that have been obviously used
3. Return Process
   To initiate a return, please email sunridge@rattanwallbaskets.com with your order number and reason for return
   Wait for our return authorization notice
   Once authorization is received, send the item back to the specified address
   Please retain the mailing receipt until the refund is completed
4. Refund Processing
   ● Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the return item is received and inspected
   ● Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
   ●Original shipping costs are not refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
5. Return shipping costs
   ●For returns caused by customer reasons, the customer must bear the return shipping costs
   ●For returns due to product quality problems or wrong goods, we will bear the return shipping costs
6. Exchange policy
   If you need to exchange, please follow the same return process and indicate the defective product you want to exchange in the email
   ●If you receive damaged or defective goods: please contact us within 48 hours of receipt
   ●Provide product photos and problem description
   ●We will arrange free replacement or full refund
